Return Policy

Didn't love it or it didn't fit? Send it back!
 
An item may be returned if it is sent back:
● unworn
● unwashed
● with original tags and packaging intact
● free of stains, odors, animal hair, and damage
 
Returned items that were purchased using a Black Friday week, Cyber Monday week, flash sale, brand sale, or other sale coupon code are eligible for store credit only.
 
We cannot accept returns or submit refunds after items have been washed. If a washed or used item is returned, the item will not be eligible for a refund, store credit, or exchange. It will be immediately donated or recycled. No compensation will be provided and the product will not be returned to you.
 
No return form is necessary; simply return your item with your original packing slip OR a note including the order number, name and email associated with the order.
The return package must be postmarked back to us within seven calendar days of delivery in order to receive a refund. Items can be returned after this seven-day-timeframe for a store credit up to 21 days past the date of delivery.
 
Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees. McKay and Rae is not responsible for untraceable or lost return shipments. We recommend using a delivery service with tracking, like USPS, to protect your return. Please keep this tracking number until your return is received and processed.
 
Items purchased from the sale category are final sale only.
 
Returns over $250 will be issued a store credit and restocking fee of 10%.
Please allow up to two weeks for your return to be processed once received at our warehouse, and 1-3 business days for refunds to be processed to your original form of payment.
 
Proof of purchase is required for items to be return-eligible. If we are unable to verify your order, we will be unable to process a refund or store credit.
